Flexible labor entailment: Construction of labor identity in young adult phsychologists

The world of the work has undergone several modifications in the last time. The adoption of more flexible policies on the part of the organizations, configure the context of the present work. If the work has been conceived historically like one of the most important mechanism of social integration and one of the most relevant giver of identity, when being this one in the middle of strong modifications, then, which defies is the identity, recognized as main source of meaning and oriented actions to the different forms from social entailment. The present article sets out the investigation performed around the construction of labor identity of professional young psychologists in conditions of flexible labor entailment.
