In the 90's, with the increasing unemployment and the emerging work flexibility, the economy and the sociology of labor characterized as precarious all non-stable or atypical employment, which came to be represented as contextual data. Today, after the extension of precarious conditions of employment, has been installed as a fundamental part of "normalization", the consequences of this kind of employment conditions must be part of every analysis we make about labor reality. Even more, if we consider that the workers themselves were the first to incorporate this situation in their existences and trajectories. In this article, after presenting the theoretical and empirical context on precarious labor, we study the forms in which labor precarious conditions are included in worker´s identity constructions.Downloads
