This study discusses work as art and seeks the visibility of tacit, practical and aesthetic knowledge produced in work contexts. The theoretical reference to produce the analysis of work as games of truth, production of resistance and ethical and aesthetic experiences is Foucauldian thinking. This study uses the methodology of the photographic intervention and is based on the experiences of three groups of workers: i) unemployed and beneficiaries of social assistance; Ii) those linked to a university legal aid service, and iii) employees belonging to a team of a primary health care service. The studies show the intervention of different ways of working in the different situations, showing that art and work can be shown as important elements in the processes of subjectivation and search to provoke the inventive power of work, creating a transversal line in the three situations studied.Published
