Abstract

The Sincrored case referred to in this document forms part of a multiple-case study performed within the research Project "Managing change through learning formative and organizational competences in organizations". Through an action-research design, the possibilities of collective change and learning within a company of goods and services were explored. This paper presents a brief theoretical-methodological outline concerning this issue, the data-collection instruments used and the tools for action. We show the close relation between theory and practice, which allows producing knowledge for action. The conclusions of the case contribute towards constructing categories for analyses that allow understanding the processes of change and learning in organizations.
