Critical incidents are events that are present in every organization. The analysis of these incidents was converted into a methodology that identifies and reflects on the most common disturbances present in classrooms. This article describes the usefulness of the Critical Incidents Analysis Technique (CIAT) as a tool to improve the coexistence in classroom. It is also a learning tool about situations of conflict for practicing teachers and teachers in training. At the same time it serves to enhance the instructional leadership in the classroom, allowing the visibility of problems faced by teachers.Published
