Abstract

Our work is an approximation to the topic of migrations and its debates from a perspective that includes theoretical contributions stemming mainly from philosophy and sociology. The text raises the possibility of analyzing migratory processes on the basis of the biopolitical contributions of Foucault, suggesting a certain historical inscription of the problem. Second, this analysis is oriented towards the scenario of the global world where it is inspected on the constitution of subjective areas that take part in the migratory phenomenon.
